Responsibilities

Support residents with companionship and personal care.

Observe and manage residents\'' behaviour, document and report changes in line with required legislation.

Support residents\'' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.

Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.

Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

What we\''re looking for

Motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
