1X Dayshift, 2X Nights and 1X Weekend Dayshift

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the creation of high-performance components for an F1 team, with the potential for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance.

• Lay up pre-preg carbon fibre components to exact specifications using moulds and technical drawings
• Work from detailed lay-up books, patterns, and instructions to produce complex composite parts
• Operate within clean room conditions, ensuring minimal contamination and high-quality output
• Follow strict processes for vacuum bagging, debulking, and preparing parts for autoclave curing
• Carry out visual inspections for defects and adhere to all quality assurance protocols
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with the composite fitting and trimming teams where required

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in Formula 1 or significant experience in high-level motorsport/aerospace
• Expertise in pre-preg lay-up and cleanroom working environments
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed technical documentation
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards of finish
• Proactive and flexible attitude to work, especially under tight deadlines
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills
