You’ll be responsible for sourcing, forecasting, supplier management, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support our business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct accurate forecasting and purchasing activities, including placing purchase orders and maintaining our inventory management systemSource new products and identify potential suppliers to diversify and expand our offeringAnalyse product margins to ensure profitability and make data-informed decisions on selection and pricingMonitor and maintain supplier quality control to uphold our high product standardsGenerate detailed reports and conduct data analysis to guide purchasing strategyTrack supplier production timelines to ensure on-time deliveryOversee product and brand control, including packaging requirements, product descriptions, and regulatory complianceDevelop and implement sourcing and supplier management strategies to improve efficiency and performanceMeet company buying targets through strategic procurement and supplier negotiationsMaintain clear, accurate records of orders, production progress, and supplier performance
