Role: Senior Schools HR Advisor Type: Permanent Salary: 36,759 - 40,161 per annum Hybrid: Office, Remote and Customer Sites Location: Herefordshire, due to the nature of the role, own transport/driving would be essential Sellick Partnership is partnering with a well-established and commercially focused organisation to recruit a Senior Schools HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The responsibilities of the Senior Schools HR Advisor will be:Providing high-quality, business-focused HR advice to schools, academies and education clients across a broad range of employee relations mattersManaging complex casework including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, redundancy and organisational changeAdvising on education specific terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with relevant national frameworks and statutory guidanceSupporting schools through restructuring, consultation exercises and TUPE transfers, including academy conversionsBuilding strong working relationships with headteachers, governors and senior leaders, offering pragmatic and risk aware adviceLeading or contributing to policy development and reviewing procedures in line with legislative updates and best practiceDelivering training workshops to school leaders and managers on key HR topicsActing as an investigating officer where required, producing clear reports and recommendationsWorking collaboratively with trade unions and supporting formal consultation processesContributing to project work and ..... full job details .....
