• Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with H&S regulations and internal procedures
• Provide guidance and support on RAMS
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, producing clear reports with corrective actions
• Keep accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities
• Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a safe site culture
• Support updates to H&S documentation, policies, and procedures
• Assist with maintaining company accreditations and certification compliance

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
• Safety experience within Fitout, Refurbishment or Building Services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
