Job Description United Utilities have awarded Costain a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) framework contract. Under the contract Costain provide the overall management and delivery of United Utilities'' larger-scale water and wastewater asset maintenance activities across the entirety of its network, including 96 water treatment and 575 wastewater treatment sites, which serves over six million people in the North West of England.The Project Manager will support the delivery of planned CSO work across the UU region and develop key relationships with UU operational personnel, supply chain partners and promote a team spirit environment Responsibilities Leadership, line management and development of site teams Provide whole life oversight and accountability for the successful completion of maintenance projects and services, through design, procurement, assembly, commissioning, and handover Ensure supply chain remain compliant with the framework management plan Provide Leadership to create a safety culture to ensure Zero LTI and RIDDOR Incidents Ensure a commercial focus with a high level of challenge on project scope and choosing efficient delivery strategies Ensure all stakeholders within MSP and United Utilities are engaged at strategic and operational levels and supportive of the projects and services and their potential impacts Ensure consistent and reliable reporting of project/services performance into the MSP systems Ensure key project and programme risks are identified ..... full job details .....
