Your responsibilities as Account Manager

• Manage and convert qualified inbound enquiries
• Understand client requirements and produce tailored workspace options
• Coordinate and host property viewings and tour schedules
• Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and workspace operators
• Oversee opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline updates

What we''re looking for in an Account Manager

• Previous sales or client-facing commercial experience within property, flexible workspace, B2B services or a related sector
• Strong negotiation experience with the ability to secure positive commercial outcomes
• Experience managing multiple live opportunities simultaneously
• Ability to build tailored proposals and recommendations based on client requirements

This a hybrid working role (Lichfield office), with some London travel required.
