This role is ideal for an engineer who combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership capability and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions. About the Role As an Associate, you will take on a significant leadership position, managing a team of engineers and overseeing their workload, development, and overall wellbeing. Alongside team management, you will lead multiple projects, taking responsibility for fee management, resource planning and ensuring successful, timely delivery. You will also act externally as a representative of the business, leading client meetings, contributing to presentations, and playing a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
