As part of this unique position, you will: Provide expert, timely advice to patients, families, and healthcare professionals through our out-of-hours Clinical Helpline.Deliver safe, high-quality direct patient care at home for individuals receiving parenteral nutrition. Key Responsibilities Clinical Helpline Nurse Be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Carry out triage, offering evidence-based guidance and reassurance.Escalate urgent or complex cases appropriately.Coordinate referrals to healthcare services and specialists.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
