Key Responsibilities as Act as the main liaison for a set of assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagementRespond promptly to customer queries, offering functional and technical support where requiredDeliver compelling system demonstrations to prospects, new customers, and existing usersSupport onboarding processes including setup, training, and initial adoptionIdentify and pursue upsell opportunities to help clients benefit from additional features and servicesWork closely with the product and support teams to resolve issues, relay feedback, and continuously improve service deliveryMaintain accurate CRM records including client interactions, feedback, and commercial opportunitiesMonitor client usage and engagement levels to ensure maximum platform value Requirements3+ years'' experience ..... full job details .....
