Mobile Building Services Engineer LondonUp to GBP45,000 + van and fuel card provided

A leading facilities management services provider for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in London. This role offers the freedom of a van–mobile position, giving you the variety of working on multiple sites while being supported by a strong technical team.

Duties:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical plant.Ensure all works are completed in line with statutory requirements, HandS regulations, and company procedures.Work closely with the helpdesk and other engineers to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently.Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships on–site.Requirements:Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering.Experience in building services maintenance, ideally within commercial environments.Strong fault–finding skills across a range of MandE systems.Full UK driving licence.
