Application Support Analyst - COINS ERPInside IR35 | 6 months+ | Start ASAP | Stafford | on-site/HybridAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Application Support Analyst with in-depth knowledge of COINS ERP software. The successful candidate will play a key role across multiple projects covering integration, support, maintenance, and enhancing the COINS application across the business.Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day application support for COINS users across various depts.Support data migration, integration, and reporting efforts using COINS functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate as needed.Assist with upgrades, implementations, and system configurations.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and analysis tools.Proven ability to support business applications and end-users effectively.Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure optimal system performance.Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.Conduct user training sessions and deliver system-related workshops.Participate in projects aimed at improving or extending system capabilities.Experience with SQL or other reporting/data tools.Background in IT support or systems implementation is ideal.Knowledge and experience of CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) processes ideal.
