Promote and facilitate collaborative working between team, schools and other educational institutions and families in the delivery of the immunisation programme. Ensure the necessary requirements for storing and transporting immunisations, and the procedures for collecting and delivering vaccinations to the site. Assist in identifying home-schooled children and those in Pupil Referral Units.
