SR163/TP137 Site Manager - Essex and London - England, United Kingdom - National Grid Substation Project - Long Term ContractJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced TP137/SR163 Site Manager to oversee substation projects across Essex and London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector, particularly in Electrical Protection and Control Installation, and experience liaising with National Grid, subcontractors, and third parties.Key Responsibilities:Lead site operations, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with industry standards.Serve as the primary liaison with National Grid, subcontractors and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.Maintain all necessary site documentation, including Lifting and Access Plans, RAMs and ensure strict health and safety adherence.Monitor and assess subcontractor performance, conduct regular site inspections and implement best practices.Provide detailed project updates, highlighting key milestones, challenges and resource requirements.Requirements:Proven site management experience in transmission and distribution projects.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.Experience working with National Grid and large-scale infrastructure projects.Personal Attributes:Proactive and solution-driven, with strong decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.If you are capable of performing in such a role and have previous experience doing so, please send your CV to
