• This is a new opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join the market-leading corporate team of this top 50 UK Law firm
• You will be responsible for a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE gained from a leading law firm
• You should be confident managing transactions with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong technical expertise, exceptional drafting and communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
• You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment, developing your skills and advising a diverse client base on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions.
