Residential Conveyancer

to its team at the Retford office.This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where you will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion. The firm is known for its client-focused approach and offers a stable, collaborative environment where you can thrive professionally.

The role will include but is not limited to:Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new buildsHandling matters from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervisionLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactionsEnsuring all files are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance standardsMaintaining excellent client care and communication throughout the process

About You:Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee EarnerProven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseloadExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to complianceProfessional, approachable and client-focused attitudeConfident working independently as well as part of a team
