If you have a keen understanding of manufacturing processes and a commitment to health and safety, we want to hear from you!Why This Role?Hours - Monday to Thursday; 8am to 4.30pm and Friday; 8am to 1.30pmSalary - 34,000 to 37,000Location - Whitstable, Kent Parking - On Site Key Responsibilities:Organise daily workloads and resources to meet production schedulesCollaborate closely with the Planning Team to align on production requirementsDelegate tasks effectively while managing team prioritiesConduct team briefs and toolbox talks to promote health and safety awarenessIdentify and resolve quality issues, including scrap and reworkMonitor operator performance and manage attendanceSupport training initiatives to enhance team skills and flexibilityEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments What You Bring:Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong health and safety awarenessProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP/ERP systemsAbility to read CAD drawings and conduct First Off InspectionsStrong organisational skills with a knack for planning and prioritising tasksA proactive approach to performance management and coaching What''s in It for ..... full job details .....
