Responsibilities

Identify issues and recommend best practices for the administration of legal entities and subsidiaries. Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business or process improvements. Analyze business trends to inform decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the maintenance of accurate corporate records and documentation.Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications

Key responsibilities: Drive execution of issue, incident, problem, and remediation planning; conduct Root Cause Analysis for potential issues and/or closed incidents across GFCCP Programs.Liaise with appropriate functional teams to define and document recommended remediation plans and follow up with issue owners on timely resolution/implementation.Partner with other BRCLs and business owners to assign and agree ownership of issues originating from outside of GFCCP, ensuring adequate resources are in place to manage GFCCP impacts.Establish strong partnerships with line of business and technology representatives that will enable the team to meet business objectives.Maintain strong understanding of key risk management principles and PayPal products and services within area of responsibility.Engage with Second Line of Defense Teams as part of Issue Management and Remediation Planning.Understand the impact of the BRCL role in the Control Environment and PayPal’s Risk Taxonomy.Support other BRCL tasks and activities associated with Management and Mitigation of Risk for GFCCP.Job Requirements

Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to devise and execute remediation plans, leveraging your experience and knowledge of GFCCP Programs.Ability to deep-dive problem statements to identify root cause and partner with the business to understand their needs when determining best solutions.Extensive knowledge of multiple GFCCP programs, including Seller Risk, a plus.Confident engaging with all levels of leadership and asking challenging questions.Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with and interpreting GFCCP-related data as part of decision-making.Additional Information
