At FloEnergy we are looking for motivated, career orientated individuals who have an abundance of energy and a positive attitude to meet targets and hit personal as well as professional goals. This role allows a weekly basic plus a commission scheme to create a higher income. Full training is provided. We are a renewable energy company based in Ware. Our main industry is solar panels and roof and wall coatings. We also offer renewable energy saving products and solar PV. The Role: We are hoping to employ a candidate who will work in house, on the phones booking on appointments for our sale representatives. The role requires contact with clients or potential customers over the phone to book on appointments informing them about a product or service. The ideal candidate must be confident speaking to members of the public and at times able to deal with difficult customers. Experience within sales is ideal but not essential as full training is provided. Monday-Friday Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Answering questions about products or the company Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Ideal candidates will be: Good communicators Advanced in telephone sales.
