Our client is seeking x4 production warehouse and distribution operatives to support their operations at their Redditch site. The Job:

Monday to Friday

(Apply online only) Mon - Thur.

(Apply online only) Friday. 

Temp to Perm. 13 weeks. 

• Operate machinery and complete production tasks according to job sheets/formulations.

• Load and unload materials and products, lifting up to 25kg safely.

• Inspect and maintain equipment, keeping accurate records.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders, ensuring correct labeling and damage-free delivery.

• Support stock control and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and organisation in all areas.

• Assist in the training of new team members.

• Adhere to all company policies including PPE, H&S, and environmental procedures

Essential:

• GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths.

• Forklift truck licenses (Counterbalance and Reach or Bendi – refresher training provided).

• Ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and follow safety guidelines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

• Experience in chemical manufacturing or handling hazardous materials.

• Paint mixing/tinting or spraying knowledge is a plus.

• A friendly, supportive, and safety-first culture.

• Ongoing training and development including forklift and ADR certifications.
