Children''s Residential Home - Team LeaderCompetitive salary of 33,260Based In CanterburySummary

Our client is looking for a Team Leader to join them to provide quality care for the children within their residential home.Responsibilities

Contributing to the young person''s care plans and risk assessments, their review and implementationForming effective relationships with young people, their families (if appropriate) and external agenciesEnsuring the home is kept clean and in a tidy condition, adhering to the cleaning rota system, encouraging the young people to participate as appropriateEnsuring that good quality records are maintained as required with supervision and advice from shift and ManagersMaintaining and promoting residential care work to high levels of professionalism expected by OfstedContributing to the educational and social development of each young person and assisting in the implementation of Individual Education ProgramsMeeting the emotional and physical needs of our young people and maximising opportunities for their developmentProviding support to the deputy/manager of the home whilst on shift and performing senior duties as directedRequirements
