Projects typically range up to £350k in value and include pubs, hotels, and restaurants.Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Contracts Manager (PM/CM) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects simultaneously, from mobilisation through to completionFull responsibility for delivering jobs: programming, site coordination, subcontractor management, HandS, cost control, and client liaisonRun project accounts throughout lifecycle, including final accountsPricing of selected tenders (not a primary responsibility)Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards and statutory obligationsCandidate RequirementsProven experience in managing fast-track fit-out or refurbishment projects (ideally around the £350k mark)Sector experience in ..... full job details .....
