You''ll minimise downtime, support installations, and drive continuous improvement.Key responsibilitiesPerform planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and facilitiesRespond to breakdowns and carry out repairs or replacementsSupport installation, relocation, and upgrades of equipmentKeep accurate maintenance and downtime recordsEnsure compliance with safety standards and uphold 5S practicesCollaborate with teams to minimise operational disruptionSkills and experienceKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood communication and time managementRelevant vocational qualification (NVQ, ONC, CandG) and apprenticeshipAt least 1 year''s maintenance experience (3+ years desirable)Bonus skills: Forklift or IPAF licensePersonal attributes: Detail-oriented, ..... full job details .....
