As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll lead high-value sales efforts, drive strategic deals with premium publishers, and play a key role in shaping Ezoic’s presence in new and existing markets. This is a
full-cycle, consultative role
where you’ll work closely with stakeholders from discovery to onboarding and beyond.Your responsibilities:Identify and close high-potential digital publisher accounts
Build and execute multi-touch outreach strategies
Deliver tailored, data-driven demos that align with publisher goals
Own onboarding and success in the intial period for new clients
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to shape GTM strategy
Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing for junior team members
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadershipWhat You Bring
1-3+ years professional experience , within
AdTech or programmatic advertisingUnderstanding of and experience in the programmatic advertising eco-systemStrong experience closing
complex, high-value dealsBackground working with
publishers, online media companies, or content platforms
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic, data-driven mindset with comfort in technical conversations
Self-starter energy with a strong commercial awareness
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members a plus
