Job Title: Sales Development Team LeaderLocation: ManchesterSalary: 35k to 37k base salary with 15k to 20k in commission (OTE = 50k to 57k)My client is an established IT Managed Services org based in ManchesterDue to continued growth we are now looking for Sales Development Team Leader to deliver carefully researched and personalised outreach to a targeted set of prospect accounts, while managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR''s).This position will suit a candidate who has 1 years experience in a telesales position; within an IT Managed Services organisation.The right candidate will be a self-starter who can take a set of target accounts and create personalised outreach engagements. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company''s needs and tailor the outreach prospects in multiple different roles within the target account. We measure quality not quantity of engagement with our target accounts.The SDR Team Leader is tasked with following up inbound contact activities, leads generated from our marketing activities and initiating outbound contact for profiled prioritised prospect accounts. The SDR Team Leader will be tasked with outbound calling, email outreach and LinkedIn to set appointments, demos, and webinars for the sales team.
