The Bridges is a 24/7 residential substance misuse treatment centre in Hull supporting adults committed to abstinence. Our structured 3 6 month programme is based on the 12-Step principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, alongside Motivational Enhancement Therapy and the Seeking Safety model. We re looking for a Part-Time Support Worker/Activity Lead (24 hours per week) to join our dedicated team and help us deliver structured, high-quality residential rehabilitation. Working within a 24/7 residential setting, you ll provide practical and therapeutic support to residents as part of a structured recovery programme. Hours (24 per week): Wednesday 12pm 9pm Saturday and Sunday 8am 5pm Plus, flexibility to cover holiday and sickness where required You ll combine empathy with clear boundaries, ensuring residents feel supported while maintaining the therapeutic containment and safety of the unit.
