Academics is working with a network of secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent seeking enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Cover Supervisors to deliver pre-prepared lessons on a flexible, part-time, ad-hoc basis to suit your schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or those experienced in working with young people.

The Role:

• Supervise KS3-KS4 classes and deliver set work
• Maintain a calm, focused classroom environment
• Follow behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Support students and provide basic feedback to staff

What We''re Looking For:

• Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
• At least 2 months'' UK experience working with young people
• Positive behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• Knowledgable on safeguarding and policies
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
