Then we would like to talk to you!As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage process for our client roles. You\''ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.Key Accountabilities

Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholdersMap out the market to assist with the reduction of agency usageHead hunt and engage a talent pool of suitable candidates for upcoming recruitmentIndependent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process. Ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and metMake recommendations for best attraction strategies, fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievableLead vacancy consultation discussionsDeliver excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start dateSupport the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the complex offer process and negotiations to close the candidateAnticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriatelyProactively manage the future demand by facilitating demand planning meetings to discuss forecasts with client resourcing lead teamBuild proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand. Reporting regularly on the progress of the Talent PoolActively participate in, or co-ordinates projects outside direct remit of responsibilityEnsure Data Integrity is maintained at all timesSkills and Experience

You''ll need to demonstrate:Experience across end-to-end recruitment delivery in Front Office - such as Private equityStrong senior level recruitment experienceSolid understanding of attraction and candidate sourcing strategiesHeadhunting experience across Investment Banking sectorExperience of working in a matrixed organisationStrong administration and negotiation skillsPrevious experience of managing relationships with sophisticated/senior stakeholdersPrevious experience of handling complex hiring scenariosPrevious experience of working in a highly bureaucratic environmentExperience of formulating complex offersOther
