CNC Operator/Setter – Leicestershire

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £17.00 per hour (DOE)

Are you a skilled CNC Operator or Setter looking for your next role£

We are working with a number of reputable engineering and manufacturing companies across Leicestershire who are looking to expand their CNC teams.

Duties include:

- Setting and operating CNC machines (lathe or milling – depending on role)
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Tool changes and machine adjustments
- Basic quality checks using measuring equipment
- Working to tight tolerances

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Setter
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Experience with FANUC, HAAS, or Heidenhain controls (advantageous)
