Role: Project Manager Social Housing Decarbonisation and Planned Maintenance Location: St Ives and Surrounding Area Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Basic Salary) Why This Role? Your role will include: Project Planning: Developing and tracking detailed project schedules to ensure accurate progress updates. Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and standards. Quality Management: Upholding high-quality standards by embedding them in the Quality Plan. Resource Allocation: Managing resources effectively to deliver projects within defined limits. Team Leadership: Creating a robust communication plan and clearly defining team roles. Project Handover: Overseeing a seamless handover process and providing end-user support as needed.
