Define project approach, planning, deliverables, timelines, and dependency management to enable smooth execution of process and system transformation initiatives. Develop and oversee change management deliverables, including stakeholder impact assessments, communication and training plans, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics. Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to map transformation impacts and secure alignment among cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with senior leaders to manage sensitive change discussions, offering clarity, context, and actionable recommendations.
