The purpose of the role is to carry out electrical installation testing in our customer’s properties, and produce reports to meet the requirements of BS7671 while always maintaining a safe working environment.Carry out periodic inspections of clients’ electrical installations in accordance with the current edition of BS7671Produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) which meets the requirements and quality standards of clients and external accrediting bodies (e.g., NICEIC)Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671Always adhere to Company Health and Safety Policies and ProceduresKeep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practices within the electrical industryComplete follow-on remedial works, where requiredQualifications
The successful candidate will haveCity and Guilds NVQ level 3City and Guilds 2391 or 2394/5City and Guilds 2382 18th EditionFull UK Driving LicenceExperience within Social Housing desirable, but not essentialExperience delivering high levels of customer serviceThe ability to work with a diverse customer baseBenefits
