D365 CRM Product Lead – £70,000 London (4 Days Onsite)We’re excited to partner with a dynamic and fast-growing professional services group that is investing heavily in optimising its internal systems. This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and play a key part in driving user adoption, process improvement, and digital transformation across the business.As the CRM Product Lead , you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams to improve system engagement, embed best practices, and ensure the CRM supports business goals.
