This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, drive innovation, and work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, flexible depending on experience, and a clear path for progression.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completionCoordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherenceLiaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure technical specifications and project goals are metSupport continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulationsCriteria:Degree qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Controls/ Automation)Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. Pharmaceutical / Chemical/ Food and FMCG)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTechnical knowledge and detailed understanding of tablet manufacturing in a pharmaceutical environment (desirable but not essential).
