Weandrsquo;re looking for compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. Youandrsquo;ll work closely with children who need extra helpandmdash;providing one-to-one support, assisting in small groups, and helping to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Helping children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
• Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
• Creating a safe, positive space where every child feels valued
• Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs

• Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Confidence to work across different school settings
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
