Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological advice to support the statutory process. Conduct robust, high-quality, and comprehensive assessments of children and young people to identify and assess their special and developmental needs. Advise on suitable and effective provision while considering educational, family, and community contexts. Person Specification Professional qualification as an Educational Psychologist recognized by the British Psychological and Health Care Professional Council. Effective administrative skills. Proficiency in IT skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills.
