Team Leader and Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)Are you looking for a new challenge? Have you been overlooked for a promotion? This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.Minimum Requirements

You must have:Experience of managing a small teamAbility to work independently or within a small teamCommercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experienceExperience using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.A valid driver''s licenseJob Responsibilities

The job involves:Mobile work on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools and colleges, parks, and open spacesRegular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sitesWorking within a small teamCustomer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction with the works carried outCompany van and mobile iPad are provided, along with vehicle checks.About the Company

We are a well-established grounds maintenance organization with a strong nationwide presence within the UK. Full PPE, tools, and equipment are all supplied.Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.Salary: £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour work week through an annualized hours program.
