Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other building services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services). Develop detailed mechanical design solutions in accordance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to gather technical data for design development. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that mechanical designs are energy-efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and designers within the team.
