The Team Leader, Civil Parking Enforcement will lead the delivery of the Civil Parking Enforcement service, ensuring all teams operate effectively, efficiently, safely, and in line with the relevant legislation. The post holder will lead frontline teams undertaking parking enforcement, enforcement and removal untaxed vehicles, and enforcement of moving traffic offences to promote the vision of ''Keep Cardiff Moving''. The post holder will also lead teams undertaking the parking support functions including the in-house appeals team, as well as the teams responsible for the administration of parking permits, blue badges, and car parks. This role will be mainly based at County Hall, Cardiff, with limited opportunities for hybrid working.
