Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Full Time) Location: Colchester Start Date: Easter 2026 We are currently recruiting for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Colchester, starting Easter 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential. The role will involve working closely with teachers to provide 1:1 and small group support, assisting pupils with additional learning needs, and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
