This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects across Facilities Management, Mechanical and Electrical, and Refurbishment works, ensuring successful commercial delivery from inception through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial management of projects across FM, MandE, and refurbishment sectorsPrepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecastsOversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiationsAdminister and manage NEC and JCT contracts with confidenceEnsure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and quality standardsProvide commercial leadership and mentorship to junior team membersDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholdersAbout You:Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in a senior roleStrong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract formsPrevious experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical and Electrical, or Refurbishment projectsExcellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skillsStrong communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsDegree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), RICS accreditation desirableWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of £65,000 per annumAttractive benefits package including pension, healthcare, and bonus schemeOngoing professional ..... full job details .....
