We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Client''s 140 seat busy restaurant in Sunderland. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service and quality food to the guests.
