We require a Quality Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager, this position leads the quality assurance department in the production area, with the goal to implement the quality standards defined by management in-line with regulatory standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Quality Manager Lead, motivate, and develop the Quality team to ensure compliance with customer requirements, ISO standards, and company expectations, embedding a strong quality and food safety culture across the site. Oversee all Quality Control activities, including inspections, testing, laboratory standards, calibration control, and equipment compliance. Manage customer complaints end-to-end, leading investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions. Analyse quality and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities, including scrap and waste reduction.
