We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. This is a part-time role with a shift pattern:9:00–22:00, followed by a sleep-in shift (22:00–07:00), then 07:00–09:00 the next morningYou’ll need a full UK driving licence to drive our company carsYou’ll be supporting one individual with:AutismCommunication difficultiesEpilepsyLearning disabilitiesThey’re independent in many ways—dressing, personal care, eating—but need support to stay safe, engaged, and happy. You’ll be their everyday hero, helping them enjoy life their way.Responsibilities / Activities

Walks and café visitsMusic-filled car journeysUpdating their activity boardRelaxing at home with a calm, consistent presenceSupport is provided 1:1 at all times, with 2:1 in the community.Who We’re Looking For
