Participate in client briefing and assignment planning with senior consultantsConduct direct sourcing and talent mapping across Europe, Africa, and the Middle EastPerform structured interviews and assessments (by phone/video)Draft clear and insightful candidate reportsSupport end-to-end project delivery alongside the partner teamContribute to internal knowledge building and process improvement

Profil
