Boiler Servicing and PPM, TRVs, Heat Plate Exchanges, PCBs, Thermostats

The majority of the works will be in the Hackney area.

Commercial Gas Installation:

• Pipe sizing and design (based on flow rates and demand)
• Installation of commercial boilers, heaters, and radiant tubes
• Fitting and testing of commercial gas pipework (steel, copper, MDPE)
• Understanding of ventilation and flueing requirements

Gas Purging:

• Pre-commissioning purge (air to gas)
• Decommissioning purge (gas to air/inert gas)
• Use of purge stacks, test equipment, and gas detection
• Knowledge of IGEM/UP/1, IGEM/UP/1A standards

Testing & Commissioning:

• Tightness testing (strength and soundness testing of pipework)
• Use of manometers, pressure gauges, and electronic testing kits
• Burner and appliance commissioning
• Flue gas analysis and combustion checks
