Director of Financial Control - FinTech

/ Recruitment Director | Finance into Technology - UK and USTalentedge Exec have been exclusively engaged by a market-leading FinTech on a newly created opportunity to be part of their London-based finance team (overseeing the whole company). Owing to international scale (both in terms of geographical location and new product launches), we are seeking an ambitious and progressive Director of Financial Control to take ownership over managing the day-to-day reporting and control function.Key responsibilities

Continue to evolve and improve existing processes, using technology as much as possible to automatePreparation of consolidated monthly management accounts with analysis and commentariesStatutory reporting and tax workProduce investor and other stakeholder reporting packsMentor a superstar finance team and in time continue to growProfile / Qualifications

ACA qualified with PQE within an FCA regulated environment (FinTech or Financial Services)Experience of working with a high volume, multicurrency environmentStrong analytical skills and advanced ExcelExperienced with building best-in-class finance functions, including people/systems/processesXero + wider ecosystem of apps exposureNext steps
