I m currently working with a number of schools in Chelmsford who are looking for flexible Learning Support Assistants to provide classroom cover and support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role is ideal for those seeking day-to-day, short-term, or ongoing work, depending on availability.The Learning Support Assistant role involves supporting pupils either one-to-one or in small groups, assisting the class teacher with learning activities, and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You may also provide general classroom support and help manage behaviour in line with school policies.
