Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-time / Term-time only

Academics are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education to make a real difference in the classroom.

• Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, and across whole-class activities.

• Deliver targeted interventions (literacy, numeracy, speech & language, sensory).

• Provide additional support for pupils with SEN.

• Assist teachers with planning, preparation and classroom management.

• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence.

• Help monitor and record pupil progress.

• Previous classroom or child-support experience.

• Strong understanding of SEN support.

• Patient, proactive, and reliable approach.

• Passion for helping children achieve their best.
