• Position: Learning Support Assistant

• Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Daily Rate: -90 to -100, based on experience

• Contract Type: Temp-to-perm

• School Type: Part of a multi-academy trust

• A relevant qualification or previous experience as a TA/LSA in a UK primary, secondary, or SEN school

• Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is an advantage

• The ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual student needs

• Availability to work Monday to Friday during term time

• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach
